Markus Rhodes is a detail-oriented and analytical director with extensive experience in payroll, time and attendance, human resources, and financial reporting. With a strong background in administrative support, accounting, and office management, Markus excels in maintaining highly confidential information, coordinating complex processes, and leading teams effectively.
Throughout his career, Markus has demonstrated expertise in managing complex budgets, reconciling financial accounts, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. His experience includes working in secondary and higher education where he oversaw budgets, full service payroll, grant management, and departmental finances.
Previously, Markus worked as a Payroll Director at the largest payroll processing firm in the United States. He provided advanced payroll support for major accounts, specializing in tax reporting, benefits administration, and payroll system management. His ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and educate clients on payroll processes contributed to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
